Basically, if your looping plans are more simple and straightforward, I’d suggest a looper that is simple and straightforward. If you want to take it further with lots of room to grow, the OT is it. My instrument is the guitar, and I combine it with beats and looped 12 Jun 2013 It has 8 audio tracks, and each track can be assigned one machine. The two that I think live loopers will work with the most are Pickup Machines 30 Jun 2020 But what I do live is to stop one of the Pickup machines, load a different empty loop file into its recording buffer, then restart the Pickup again.
Do you think the Octatrack is best for this? I guess we want to loop the bass and/or guitar for example, so that I can then loop some further musical/rhythmic elements over the top, and then add live manipulated effects. We want to keep the feeling quite organic and live. Thanks for any input/ideas on how we could work this

I'm curious if there are any other instruments that have this combination. I currently run HX Stomp on my pedalboard, which has a looper (but not a very good one).
